03 / How we build
A clear process from idea to tested software.
Every project moves through four stages: define the problem, plan the solution, build it, and test the result.

Define
Describe the problem, who experiences it, and what the first release must accomplish.

Plan
Decide how the software will work and remove anything the first release does not need.

Build
Build the software in small, reviewable parts with an agreed checklist for completion.

Test
Test the result, record what passed, and clearly list anything that remains unresolved.
